Terms and Conditions

• When making a booking on SOCAR, ensure that you register with the same EMAIL address used on Malindo.
• Kilometers can only be earned by the member with the registered SOCAR account and by one member per car booking. Kilometers cannot be split between two or more members.
• Kilometers will not be applicable to promo spend. Kilometers earned is nett of promo spend only.
• Kilometers may only be earned on one frequent traveler program per booking.
• No flight ticket or boarding pass is required.
• Retrospective claims will only be processed if the booking occurred no more than six months prior to receipt of the Member's claim.
• Retrospective claims or claims for kilometers omitted from the Activity Statement will be accepted only if a copy of an SOCAR rental agreement or a SOCAR rental number is provided as proof of rental. Vouchers, charge card vouchers and confirmation advices will not be accepted.
